Innovative Export Strategies

On Monday June 06^th 2011 the Hessian Export Prize for innovative export strategies was awarded to Hedrich vacuum systems.

In the course of the awards ceremony the certificate was handed over to Mr. Markus Gerth in representation of the company by the chamber of commerce and industry and the ministry of economic affairs.

With the foundation of a service & sales office in the USA the basis for international expansion was already established in 1986. Another facility for service and two production plants were launched out in China. Further sites followed in India, Russia and Switzerland.

The manufacturer of machines and special plants from Ehringshausen-Katzenfurt today offers with 12 subsidiaries and over 30 representatives worldwide, the entire chain of production for high quality electric components, from manufacturing of transformer cores to fabrications of windings, casting or drying of insulation up to clamping machines as well as engineering of production procedures.

By the time, the share of exports is more than 85 percent. The philosophy of the company is to deliver high quality products and the latest technology, which exactly meet the needs of the customers.

The centre for Research and Development is located on the main plant in Ehringshausen-Katzenfurt and spreads the knowledge to the other subsidiaries worldwide. Of special importance for the winner is their fast and reliable service for maintenance, repairs and the fast supply of spare parts, which meet the essential customer needs. 

Also in the future new ideas, innovations and the permanent expansion of customer service will help securing this top position.
