Please mark your calendar: On May 26, 2010, the 3rd Hedrich World Congress (HWC) will take place in Katzenfurt. It also represents a change in this successful event format. A one-day event in open house format completes the Hedrich World Congress taking place every two years. Hence the HWC classic two day lecture event will be alternating with the one day HWC onsite.

Hedrich World Congress in new format

Already for the third time we will be organizing the Hedrich World Congress. And we will also present a novelty: the HWC onsite. Indeed we keep the two years’ cycle for the HWC, but the considerable customer feedback from our last HWCs in 2006 and 2008 caused us to make a change between the strongly lecture-oriented , two-day HWC and a new, one-day HWC-format that focuses on product demonstrations. With the HWC onsite we would like to present technological highlights and innovations of the Hedrich Group to our customers worldwide and onsite, whether in Europe or Asia. On one hand, this event format takes account of the high internationality of our business and on the other hand, we want to minimize our customers’ expenditure of time and money for their participation. Furthermore, we believe that the market growth rates and consequently the importance of some geographical markets for the energy industry require an onsite event.

Following dates are scheduled for the HWC classic and HWC onsite events in the next years:

-          2010: HWC onsite 

-          2012: HWC classic

-          2014: HWC onsite (China)

-          2016: HWC classic

-          2018: HWC onsite (India)

In May 2010 time has come

The 3rd Hedrich World Congress 2010 is also the first HWC onsite. It will take place on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 in Katzenfurt. Benefit from this one-day event to obtain practical information on trends in cast resin, oil paper and silicone processing as well as production of transformers for the electrical industry. A mix of presentations of innovative production equipment from the product portfolio of the Hedrich Group and short lectures on selected technological topics awaits you. At the same time, you will have sufficient opportunity for active networking, communication and subject-oriented exchange.
