Wherever wire coils need to be insulated against each other (e.g. inignition coils, flyback transformers) in order to improve the dielectric properties, our vacuum systems for cast resin insulation are applied.

Cast resin is generally used for insulation. Before being cast, this cast resin consisting of different constituents needs to be mixed and prepared bubble-free under vacuum. During the casting process, it is important to avoid air bubbles being trapped in the insulating material. Processing takes place under vacuum.

Dosing of small material quantities and casting of housings positioned on pallets is possible with this kind of equipment without any restrictions.
