Existing infusion processes imply the processing of partially and un-degassed resin and hardener components as base matrix. These components contain an undefined proportion of residual gas.
Our vacuum infusion equipment prepares the two cast resin components – resin and hardener – separately, removing dissolved gas and moisture in the components to achieve an optimum preparation for the vacuum direct infusion. The following fully automatic infusion process does not involve contact with atmospheric air, ensuring best quality with minimum waste
Advantages of this process:
- Closed, fully automatic vacuum process, from preparation until end of gelation
- Minimum waste of resin systems
- Minimized costs for manufacturing and refinishing
- Optimally suitable for very large components (rotor blades and ship building)
