Hedrich GmbH takes the protection of personal data very seriously and strictly complies with the provisions of the data protection act.

For every access to our website the access data are stored in a log file on the server of our provider.

This data set consists of your IP address, date and time of request, name of requested file, file name from which the file was requested, data volume transmitted, access status, description of web browser and operating system used as well as name of your internet service provider. This information is collected for technical reasons. An evaluation is exclusively made for statistical reasons without personal references.

We store cookies on your hard disk. These contain a unique number that is irrelevant outside our website. The cookies are automatically deleted after your visit. You have the right and opportunity to set up your browser in such a way that it refuses our cookies. In that case, however, the function range of our internet offer might be restricted.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). 
Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. 
In case of activation of the IP anonymization, Google will truncate/anonymize the last octet of the IP address for Member States of the European Union as well as for other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. 
Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address is sent to and shortened by Google servers in the USA. 
On behalf of the website provider Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website provider. 
Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.

Please note that on this website, Google Analytics code is supplemented by “gat._anonymizeIp();” to ensure an anonymized collection of IP addresses (so called IP-masking).

More detailed personal information will only be collected, if you make available to us this information voluntarily e.g. for an enquiry. We only use this information for answering your enquiries, processing the contracts concluded with you and for technical administration. Any forwarding of the data to third parties without your express consent will not take place.

Our website – and in particular the email addresses provided by us - enable you to contact us. We would like to expressly point out that the communication via the internet (e.g. by email) does not provide full confidentiality and data security. Data may possibly be accessed by third parties. Please bear this in mind, especially when applying by email for a vacancy in our company at the address job@hedrich.com. If requested by you, our IT department will set up an encrypted transmission. We also recommend transmitting confidential information by mail.

You have the right to obtain upon request free information on which personal data is stored and for what purpose the information is stored. Furthermore, you are entitled to correction of incorrect data as well as to blocking or deletion in case the storage is illegal or no longer necessary.
