Pump service - maintenance and repair

We want to guarantee our customers lifelong support for our equipment. Our goal here is to ensure the highest possible system reliability. This includes, among other things, the maintenance and repair of the vacuum pumps used. The rotary lobe pumps / blowers from Aerzen, which we mainly use, are of very high quality and extremely durable. Nevertheless, also these aggregates must be checked regularly and overhauled if necessary.
 
Our pump inspection service includes:
Leak test
Helium leak detection
Test runs
Performance measurement

If repairs are required, all defective components are replaced with original manufacturer spare parts after a cost estimate has been prepared. The repaired pump is then subjected to a performance test before it is returned to our customers.
