HEDRICH Awarded TOP Employer for the 7th Time in a Row
HEDRICH is once again officially one of the "Top employers in the SME sector 2025"! The job exchange Yourfirm.de thus honors medium-sized companies that are particularly popular with job seekers. The aim is to support job seekers in their search for attractive employers.
The special thing about the Yourfirm.de job board award is that it is not based on surveys, which often have low participation rates and therefore only a limited data basis. Instead, the access and reading behavior of users to more than 60,000 job advertisements on Yourfirm.de within one year is evaluated.
The evaluation criteria are
- the average number of users a company reaches per job advertisement and company profile
- the percentage of users who actually read through the content, i.e. spend a correspondingly long time on the page,
- as well as the percentage of readers who take an application-related action, e.g. by clicking on "Apply now" or the company's website link.
Based on these three categories, a "popularity index" is calculated for each employer. The 1,000 top-rated companies receive the "Top Employer in SMEs 2024" seal.
