World premiere at the CWIEME Berlin 2024!

From May 14 - 16, 2024, the annual world's leading trade fair for the electrical industry CWIEME took place in Berlin. At the 80 sqm HEDRICH stand, we presented our latest development for the first time, in addition to some exhibits from customer applications: The compact potting system smartLine^TM 30. The number 30 stands for the filling quantity of the mixing containers, which are available in 3 different sizes.
With this new development, HEDRICH offers a system series that sets new standards in terms of compactness, flexibility, modularity and operation! A system concept based on over 50 years of experience in the processing of casting resins.

Typical areas of application for the smartLine^TM are the potting of electronic components or the production of cast resin components in small batches or as prototypes. Due to its flexibility, the smartLine^TM will also find its way into many laboratories and development departments.

The casting resin systems prepared using the thin-layer degassing process can be poured directly via a static mixer or via a separate dosing device, depending on the requirements.
It does not matter whether it is an atmospheric casting, a vacuum casting or an ADG application (automatic pressure gelation). The smartLine^TM is always a reliable source of perfectly prepared resin - on site, wherever it is needed. Thanks to its compact dimensions, it can be easily moved to its respective place of use.
These advantages also impressed visitors to the trade fair stand in Berlin. Many inquiries were received and we are delighted with the great feedback!
